Wireless signal drops often, streaming is low speed, and when in the next room over from my router I get one bar signal on all mobile devices.

Only thing available in my area is 1.5??? In this day and age, that is unacceptable. Needs to be at least 10. Guess that's what I get for moving to the middle of nowhere Iowa.

While I understand I live in an area with NO options but the lowest tier at the moment, the fact the speeds HAVE NEVER reached the advertised speeds is silly. The average is half of the advertised speed. Imagine if I only paid half my bill? I imagine I would get better service or disconnected real quick.

Had excellent service so far. The one time it didn't work for two days, the tech support walked me through the unplugging and plugging in of the modem. It worked and all is well! :)

I can't directly compare speed with some other kind of service so I can't be certain it is as good as the "best" out there, but it seems very fast. We did have a slight installation "glitch" too, but nothing related to poor service.

I like this service for the most part however the connectability isn't always great and I have had to reset the modem several time to get internet access when its working I have no complaints as of yet

if we have high speed that is funny,,,,,it cuts in and out more then we use it ? freeze ups when u search for things on web sites could be any site,,,? have to wait for most web sites to load,,sometimes 2,,3 minites ??? high speed OK ha ha ha ........??

The only issues we have had in our service I think is probably due to the old cabling in our neighborhood. We occassionally loose our connection for no apparent reason and will have to wait anywhere from 15 min to over an hour to be able to get back on the internet.

I had 12MBS with Century Link at my last address, and it was reliable. Since I moved to Tacoma the highest speed available for the same price is only 1.5MBS, and the service seems to drop off intermittently. Very annoying, and the reduced speed for the same price is aggravating because I can't watch streaming HD anymore, just Standard Definition. I may have to switch carriers, but this does not please me because I'd rather stay with Century Link.

For the cost it is super slow and not reliable. We have reset our modem and constantly have to pause videos while trying to get them to load. It should not be called high speed when pages load as ast as dial up.

I bundled internet with home phone and direct tv. The bundle is a very good value. I am happy with my internet service. I am still getting used to it - some things are so different from my previous service - not better or worse, just different to use.
