We have had service since April first and it has worked correctly for aprox. one week of that time. We have had unresolved issues with the outside lines that have caused many complications.

I don't know what to say here. All of this is beyond my abilities to handle most times. When I was having trouble with the wireless hook up, your people walked me through it step by step. They we kind and patient and we finally had success! The service is great! If my PC weren't older then the hills, I would be very happy.

I switched to Centurylink from cable and have saved a lot of money. I have noticed no difference in my internet speeds, although I don't play online games. I am very glad I made the decision to accept Centurylink's offer to provide high-speed internet at a fixed cost for five years, with no contract. I can quit at any time without a penalty.

I think that my time spent with Century Link as my internet service provider has been a good experience so far. At one point before I started an exam, I did lose internet connection. However, I'm not sure if that was the service or the reception of wireless in my apartment. Overall, the service is reliable and customer service is good.

Internet access should be free. But your service is reliable (it has gone down twice) enough and since I only email and do internet research, no games or movies, it's fine.

Very average service. If you don't know how to reset a wireless router you may be in trouble, because the router will loose Internet connectivity one every two weeks or so.

I have been pleased overall with the new service. I have an old computer, which is slow because of the hard drive, I'm told by a computer expert friend. The videos are a little jerky and disjointed, but at least I can watch videos, which I couldn't do before with dial-up. And I really like being able to talk on the phone and be connected to the internet at the same time. Not that I have anything against India, but it's much nicer to talk to someone who has English as their first language. I got pretty frustrated talking to someone in India who couldn't seem to understand I wanted to change services and they couldn't match the price.
